摘 要:
研究低温层积对肉苁蓉种子胚率、内源赤霉素(GA)和脱落酸(ABA)含量以及外源赤霉素(GA3)对低温层积不同时间种子萌发率影响的结果表明: 低温层积可以提高种子的胚率及其GA的含量, 降低其ABA含量; 层积120~150 d的肉苁蓉种子经外源GA3 处理后, 其萌发率可以达到70%以上; 层积120 d是外源GA3 促进种子萌发的临界点。关键词:肉苁蓉; 低温层积; 种子萌发; 赤霉素(GA); 脱落酸(ABA)

Abstract:
The effects of cold stratification on embryo ratio and contents of endogenous GA and ABA in the seeds of Cistanche deserticola were investigated, and the effects of exogenous GA3 on the germination rate of C. desertcola seeds at different stages of cold stratification were also studied. The results indicated that cold stratification increased the embryo ratio and the contents of GAs, but reduced the content of ABA in the seeds of C. deserticola. The germination rate of C. desertcola seeds stratified for 120 to 150 d were more than 70% with the treatment of exogenous GA3. The critical point of C.desertcola seeds germination rate was in 120 d after cold stratification with the treatment of exogenous GA3.Key words: Cistanche deserticola; cold stratification; seed germination; GA; ABA
